The newly elect unit committee of Alajo North District has pledged to work with the Assemblyman, Alidu Ibrahim, to develop the electoral area.
In an interview with GBCGHNANAONLINE on Friday, December 20, a Unit Committee Member, Dawuda Mensah, thanked everyone in the electoral area for coming out to vote, adding that the committee will deliver on every promise.
“As a unit committee member, I can’t promise people, it all depends on the assemblyman. He has to tell me what to do so what I can promise is to help the community and I promise to work with everyone,” he revealed.
“We promise to help the students who are going to write the BECE, he said, adding that, we promise them we will help them with free extra classes that we will do with the schools in our electoral area.”
“We give thanks to the Almighty God for giving us victory and at the same time, we thank everyone who voted for us. We promise to work with everyone, those who voted and those who did not vote for us. We will work together for the development of the community,” he added.
