Commissioner of CHRAJ, Joseph Whittal has called for the strict enforcement of the ‘Vigilante Law’ in this year’s general election to give meaning to the pledges and commitment made by the Political Parties, especially the NDC and NPP.
While urging the parties to play their part, Mr. Whittal also called on the Electoral Commission to build consensus on all key Electoral issues, using a human-centered approach to calm nerves and make the outcome acceptable to all parties.
Mr. Whittal made the call at an engagement in Accra on the 2020 Election.
