The Minority in Parliament has raised concerns about what it says is the intensive exploitation of COVID-19 through screening of people arriving in the country.

Minority Leader, Haruna Iddrisu, wants government to come clear on the procedures and processes that led to the award of contract to Frontier Healthcare Services Limited to test passengers arriving at the Kotoka International Airport at a cost of $150 per person.

“We don’t want to believe that this may be another case of family and friends. How was this contract for charging $150 per passenger awarded? What procurement process was used?”
