The Electoral Commission, (EC), of Ghana wishes to inform the public that, applications for appointment of Returning or Deputy Returning Officers for the upcoming District Level Elections and Referendum will be received at the District Offices of the EC throughout the country from Friday, 13 to Wednesday, 18, September, 2019.
This was in a statement signed and issued by acting Director, Public Affairs, Mrs. Slyvia Annor in Accra, on Friday, September 13.
The statement which was copied to gbcghanaonline said all applications should be addressed to the Chairperson of the EC.
The statement noted that applicants should have a minimum academic qualification of first (1st) Degree for Returning Officer or Deputy Returning Officer and also an experience in electoral work or working knowledge. “Closing date for submission is Wednesday September 18, 2019.
