EC begins sitting to review limited voter registration challenges

The Electoral Commission’s Registration Review Committees, DRRC, mandated to adjudicate on challenge cases raised against some persons over voter rights during the just ended Limited Voter Registration have begun sitting.

The committees are made up of the District Police Commander, District GES Director, Representatives of all active political parties, traditional authorities among others.

Director of Elections at the EC, Dr. Serebour Quaicoe who made this known to GBC’s Radio Ghana said the Committees have five days to adjudicate on the cases.

He also added that aggrieved citizens can also appeal their case at the country’s highest court.
