Former President John Dramani Mahama has described government’s AGENDA 111 project as an afterthought.

Speaking on GBC-URA Radio in Bolgatanga as part of his thank-you tour to the Upper East Region, Mr. Mahama said funds acquired for the project will only add up to the country’s debt stock.

Mr. Mahama also pointed out that the posture exhibited by the Electoral Commission before, during and after the 2020 elections alleging that, “The Commission showed bias against the NDC. He said the Electoral Commission was expected to be a neutral arbiter in terms of electoral processes but shirked its responsibility”.

Former President Mahama also described the alleged, “deployment of the military during the 2020 general election as unfortunate”.

Mr. Mahama also touched on other security matters, which from his point of view, must be taken seriously.

“This country must be sensitive to threats of terrorism and people should report strange movement of strangers to the Police”. The Former President advised.
