An Accra High Court has ordered lawyers of the Commission on Human Rights and Administrative Justice (CHRAJ) to locate the residence of the National Chairman of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) Freddie Blay, and serve him with the complaint filed against him by the Coalition for Social Justice over his purchase of some two hundred and seventy five (275) buses for all Constituencies of the NPP.

Lawyer for CHRAJ, Bete Doku, told Justice George Koomson’s Court that all efforts to find Mr. Blay, to serve him have proved futile.

They prayed the Court to grant them an opportunity to use other means of service to bring the complaint to the attention of the NPP National Chairman.

The Court however directed that CHRAJ should exercise the option of serving him at his home.

The case has been adjourned to the 25th June with the hope that by the said date, officials of CHRAJ would have been able to serve Mr Blay.
