Former President John Mahama was welcomed like a King to the Holy Hill Chapel Assemblies of God for the Resurrection Easter Service Celebrations.
He was welcomed with a bouquet of flowers as he was escorted walking on a green carpet to the Assemblies of God Adabraka District.
Dressed in all while to signify the Risen Christ and his victory over death, the former President used the occasion to acknowledge greeting from the Church Leadership and Congregation.
It is known that Former President Mahama is a staunch member of the Assemblies of God.
It is on record that he mounted the pulpit one time to share the word of God during a Men’s Day Ceremony at the Ringway Assemblies of God Worship Facility.
