The Ministerial Reshuffle announced by President Akufo-Addo yesterday (August 9), has received mixed reaction.

Speaking on GBC’s Current Affairs programme ‘Behind the News’, Governance and Political Expert, Fred Oduro shared his thoughts on the latest ministerial decision, indicating places where he agrees with the change and those he totally disagrees with the President.

Polster Ben Ephson also gave his opinion on the reshuffle. He said though he expected a reduction in the numbers of ministers, that did not happen.

He was of the view that the expenses the state is incurring on the current 110 ministers are too high hence, the reason for a cut in the numbers.
