The Supreme Court has struck out five paragraphs from the witness statement of Rojo Mettle Nunoo, the third witness for the Petitioner.

The court held that the affected paragraphs have no foundation in the pleadings of the Petitioner or supported by the evidence.

Counsel for the second respondent, Akoto Ampaw raised objections to twenty three (23) paragraphs out of the thirty two (32) in the witness statement of Mr Mettle Nunoo.

Mr Akoto Ampaw was praying the court to have part of or the entire paragraphs struck out because he claimed they were not supported by the pleadings of the Petitioner.
