The General Council of the Assemblies of God Church, Ghana has sent a letter of congratulations to the Minister for Education, Dr. Matthew Opoku Prempeh on his selection as the 2020 recipient of the Harvard Ministerial Medal of Achievement.

The letter dated 11th June, 2020 and signed on behalf of the Council by Rev. Prof. Paul Frimpong Manso, General Superintendent, Assemblies of God, Ghana stated that it was a great pleasure to learn of the Minister’s selection as the man to pick the prestigious and coveted award.

“Your selection is just a confirmation of the fact that you have always excelled in what you did. Commitment, confidence and accomplishment are the things that I have always known to be synonymous with your character – you deserve the recognition and selection” the letter read.

In expressing its congratulations, the General Council celebrated the milestone with the Hon. Minister and also expressed its confidence that with God on his side, Dr. Prempeh will continue to excel in various fields of endeavour.
