CAF President Dr. Patrice Motsepe has arrived in Accra for a packed schedule that includes high-level meetings, media engagements, and the finals of the CAF African Schools Football Championship.
Dr. Motsepe was warmly received by Ghana Football Association (GFA) President Kurt Edwin Simeon-Okraku and Vice President Mark Addo upon arrival in the country.


During his stay, he will meet with Ghana’s President, His Excellency John Dramani Mahama, at Jubilee House. Dr. Motsepe is also set to convene with CAF Vice Presidents and lead a CAF Executive Committee session.
As part of his itinerary, the CAF President will also hold a press conference at the Kempinski Hotel at 13:30 GMT, before joining participants from the Young Reporters Workshop, one of the flagship activities held alongside the Schools Championship for a special interaction session.CAF President Motsepe in Accra to Wrap Up Schools Football Championship and Executive Talks
Following this, he will proceed to the University of Ghana Stadium to attend the closing ceremony and witness the much-anticipated final matches.
The Girls’ final will see hosts Ghana take on Uganda, while the Boys’ final features a clash between defending champions Tanzania and Senegal.
