Athmon, a youth-led tech company committed to Africa’s future through innovation, has signed a pivotal Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with ALX, a renowned tech training organization.
This partnership aims to enhance the technology ecosystem in Ghana by offering real-world job opportunities and educational sponsorships to young people who have completed ALX’s rigorous programs.
The collaboration focuses on bridging the gap between tech education and employment or entrepreneurship, creating pathways for youth to succeed in the dynamic tech industry.
The agreement between Athmon and ALX highlights a shared vision to empower Ghanaian youth with practical skills and meaningful opportunities.

Selected students from ALX’s programs will receive sponsorships for further studies, while also gaining exposure and hands-on experience within the local tech sector.
This initiative is designed to cultivate a new generation of tech professionals who can drive innovation and contribute to Ghana’s growing digital economy.
Chief Executive Officer of Athmon, Klenam Kofi Tamakloe, emphasized that the partnership reflects Athmon’s mission to positively impact young lives by providing access to transformative opportunities.
He expressed optimism that partnering with industry leaders like ALX would help “change the narrative” about technology in Africa, illustrating its potential as a powerful tool for personal and community transformation.
By opening new channels for youth engagement in technology, the deal aims to integrate graduates into the local tech workforce, fostering a culture of youth-led innovation.
This approach not only inspires more young people to pursue careers in tech but also equips them with the experience needed to thrive as entrepreneurs or skilled professionals in a competitive industry.
