The C.E.O. of the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Authority, Kwasi Agyeman Busia, says the Authority is embarking on reforms to offer quality services to the public.
He said, by the end of the first quarter of next year, the DVLA will regulate all digital transport services including Uber to ensure safety of passengers.
Mr. Busia said this at the 2018 Strategic Review Conference of the Authority in Accra.
