The Daily Graphic commends Most Rev. Charles Gabriel Palmer- Buckle for the exemplary leadership shown through his messages to awaken the conscience of Ghanaians to the reality of COVID-19. The  paper believes  the country needs more Palmer-Buckles not only to warn the public but to let them know that testing positive for the virus is not the end of the world. The Paper says the country can overcome the pandemic with unity and focus. It reminds Ghanaians that, COVID-19 is real and urges people to be responsible in their conduct and take the safety protocols more seriously.

The Ghanaian Times expresses worry about why the Africa continent is not part of the race to acquire the vaccine doses for its people. The Times says the COVID-19 vaccines are meant to keep everyone safe and the more it delays in getting to the people, particularly the poorer countries, the more people are likely to die from the disease. The Paper says the continent and its individual countries must put in more efforts, preferably collectively, to find home grown remedies to support whatever assistance they are getting from abroad. The Paper says, the leaders must ensure that they get equitable access to vaccines to keep their citizens safe from the pandemic as the world is racing against time.
