The Ghana Health Service (GHS), will from the 22nd to 28th of this month (November) start the distribution of long lasting insecticide nets to all registered households in the Greater Accra Region.
To this end it has set the 6th to 12th of this month to start a house to house registration process before the distribution.
This is to ensure there is a list of all beneficiaries in each community and also get to know how many nets should be given to each household.
At a news briefing in Accra, the Regional Director of Health Services, Dr. Mrs. Charity Sarpong stressed that anyone who does not register will not receive the net.
