The Chiefs and People of Atomfourso near Seikwa in the Tain District of Bono Region have appealed to the government and Non-governmental agencies to assist in addressing numerous challenges confronting the Community.
According to the Chief of the town Nana Ekye Nsowah-Adjei, a CHIPS compound started in 2015 for the predominantly farming community has been abandoned.
In an interview with GBC News, he said the Community needs about GHC 70,000 to complete the project.
In-depth investigation however has confirmed some misapplication of the funds meant for the completion of the CHIPS Compound.
