Debate on legalisation of Okada goes on unabated

Their operations under the country’s laws are illegal. Call it a campaign promise by the NDC flagbearer, but for operators of this business, the promise is welcome and have asked other political parties to also make known their interventions at addressing youth unemployment as it is a reason many of them have ventured into such business. The public have criticised their incessant disregard for traffic regulations. So why the lawlessness? Rachel Kakraba has been following these Okada riders in this special report.
