Ahmed Hussein Suale laid to rest

Investigative Journalist Ahmed Hussein Suale, on Friday, buried at the Madina cemetery in Accra.

Ahmed, who was a key investigator of Anas Aremeyaw Anas’ Tiger Eye Pi team was shot dead by unidentified men on a motor bike at Madina in Accra on his way home on Wednesday.

Earlier, the Muslim Community and sympathizers thronged the Madina Mosque for prayers as part of the burial rites.

The wife of the late Suale, relatives and friends joined in prayers at the Mosque.

Government officials including the Minister of Information, Kojo Oppong Nkrumah, his Deputy, Pius Enam Hadzide and some members of the opposition National Democratic Party, (NDC) were present at the funeral.
