The Asantehene, Otumfuo Osei Tutu, is to resume mediation of the Bawku chieftaincy conflict from the 28th of this month to 1st May. This follows an agreement among all the parties.
A statement from the Manhyia Palace is calling for the cooperation of all the parties concerned to help find a lasting solution to the crisis.
The Asantehene, who is currently out of Ghana is expected back home very soon to allow for the peace process to re-start.
