The Food and Drugs Authority has warned the public against use of a combination of different cosmetic products known as ‘mix-mix for bleaching.’
The Head of Cosmetics Department, Emmanuel Nkrumah who gave the warning said, some of the beauty products contain as much over 30 different chemicals and combining it from different manufacturers can be harmful to one’s health.
He was speaking at a news briefing at Wa in the Upper West Region.
