The Ghana Broadcasting Corporation, GBC is to partner with the Rwandan Broadcasting Agency, RBA on a staff exchange programme.
This was made known by the Director-General of GBC, Professor Amin Alhassan, on his return from a week-long working visit to Rwanda.
Professor Amin Alhassan said GBC needs a holistic policy action to transform the Corporation and reposition it to compete with the RBA and other State Broadcasters on the continent.
He spoke about digital migration and financial stability, something the Rwandan Broadcasting Agency has achieved in eight years.
Professor Amin Alhassan spoke about staff motivation and the difficulties in providing adequate financial support to core areas of the Corporation.
