The National Identification Authority (NIA), has started its registration exercise in the Upper West Region.
The exercise which began in Wa Municipality Tuesday encountered some hitches at some registration centres.
According to GBC’s Regional Correspondent, the exercise is moving on a slow pace.
“When you visit some of the centres, people are there waiting to register but the process appears slow.”
