The President of the Ghana Independent Broadcasters Association, GIBA, Andrews Danso Ahenkora, says the Association is playing a key role in ensuring that the country migrates from analogue to digital transmission. He however noted that the document needed for the migration has delayed.

Speaking on GBC’s Uniiq Breakfast Drive, Mr. Danso said GIBA wants to know why the government is introducing conditional access.

He said GIBA does not understand why the company in charge of the distribution is under the government.
