Government invests ¢1bn to boost Technical Vocational Education Training

Government has deepened its commitment to the development of Technical, Vocational Education and Training, TVET with an investment of about one billion dollars.

The investment covers infrastructure, resources for practicals, free examinations, among others.

Speaking to Radio Ghana, Deputy Education Minister in charge of TVET, Gifty Twum-Ampofo said the support is aimed at enhancing the skills of Technical and Vocational students to make them more employable to the nation.
