The unveiling followed the voluntary abdication of Osabarima Agyare Tenadu II, who stepped down from the Kade stool on October 22, 2025, after a 21-year reign.

The event was chaired by Addo Atuah, a legal practitioner and Head of Chambers of Addo Atuah & Co. He called on residents, including those living outside the town, to actively contribute to Kade’s development.

The ceremony was attended by Alexander Agyare, Member of Parliament for the Kade Constituency, and Emmanuel Kofi Nti, the Municipal Chief Executive for the Kwaebibirem Municipal Assembly. Other chiefs and sub-chiefs, elders, religious leaders, and residents of Kade were also present.
