The Police in Bono Region have clashed with some residents protesting against the bad state of the Sunyani-Techiman highway which runs through New Dormaa.
Speaking to GBC’s Radio Ghana, the Assemblyman for New-Dormaa Mango-Grove, Issifu Mustapha called for peace in the area following the clash.
He said though the anger of the residents is justified, they should not do anything to mar the reputation of New-Dormaa as a peaceful community.
