Public Sector Workers have been enlightened on how their Tier Two monthly contributions are managed under the new Pension Scheme.
At a meeting held in Accra, Public Sector Workers Employers Pension Scheme, PSWEPS, a newly created Pension Scheme mandated to manage the monthly contributions of Public Sector Workers, took contributors through procedures on obtaining their lump sum at retirement.
The Chairperson of “PSWEPS”, Cynthia Arthur said five percent of workers monthly contributions goes into the scheme.
