Workers of the Tema Oil Refinery, TOR yesterday aborted a planned demonstration after Management addressed their grievance.
The workers, who were clad in redhead and armbands, had massed up on the premises of the Company amid chanting of war songs.
According to a source at TOR, the planned demonstration was in relation to their Condition of Service which Management has now accented to and duly executed.
The source however indicated that there are several other issues that need to be addressed by Management and that a petition has been sent to the Presidency for redress.
