Director of Research and Communication at the Public Utilities Regulatory Commission, Dr. Kofi Obutey, says the commission is embarking on nationwide complaints clinic sessions to address consumer concerns following an increase in utility tariffs.
He said the programme which has already started in the Ashanti Region, is also geared towards consumer sensitization.
Speaking on Behind the News, Dr. Obutey asked consumers who have concerns over utilities to visit the offices of the PURC for redress.
