The Trade Unions Congress has urged Parliament to reflect on the Monday, December 20 fracas that marred the debate on the E-levy and find ways to resolve all differences in the interest of the country and not their parochial interest.

According to the TUC, what transpired that day was unparliamentary and unfortunate.

In a Christmas and New Year message, the TUC congratulated all workers on bracing the odds during the year even in the midst of covid-19.

A statement signed by its Secretary-General, Dr Yaw Baah urged workers and Ghanaians, in general, to exercise caution especially during the Christmas and new year festivities by observing all Covid-19 safety protocols.

He also urged workers to get vaccinated to avoid infection.
