Chief Executive of the Ghana Export Promotion Authority (GEPA), Dr. Afua Asabea Asare, has encouraged female entrepreneurs to cultivate a strong support network, seek mentorship, and adopt strategic approaches in their endeavours.
She emphasized the power of collaboration and knowledge-sharing in navigating the realities of the entrepreneurial ecosystem.
Speaking at the “A Lady With A Dream” conference in Accra, Dr. Afua Asabea Asare urged aspiring female entrepreneurs to view setbacks as opportunities for growth rather than roadblocks.
The Conference theme, “Unlocking Possibilities: Empowering Women for Excellence and Impact,” aims to empower women in early to mid-career stages across various sectors.
