The Ghana Broadcasting Corporation, GBC and the International Youth Fellowship of Korea will in November 2021, sign an MOU to exchange content and training programs, locally and internationally.
Director-General of the GBC, Professor Amin Alhassan who said this at a lecture on MINDSET for management by the Fellowship at Broadcasting House in Accra, said the exchange programme will influence every area of the Corporation’s operations especially documentaries and feature writing.
The Country Director of International Youth Fellowship Jae Kyun Yang said because mindset is fundamental to the success of an organization such as GBC, it is imperative for Management to develop and work with a positive mindset which will trickle down to the staff.
