Ghana Airports Company Limited (GACL) has officially notified Evatex Logistics Limited of its decision to terminate their revenue assurance audit agreement, effective August 27, 2025.
In a letter dated July 28, 2025, and addressed to Mr. Evans Aduse of Evatex Logistics, GACL stated its intention to end the agreement without cause, in accordance with the termination clause in the contract.
The agreement, signed on December 4, 2024, permits either party to terminate the contract with one month’s written notice. GACL is invoking this clause to discontinue the arrangement.
“As at the date of this letter, it is our intention to terminate the agreement without cause. Hence, effective August 27, 2025, the agreement shall cease to have effect and be considered terminated,” the letter read.
Evatex has been directed to use the notice period to demobilise and vacate the premises of Kotoka International Airport on or before the termination date.
The letter, signed by GACL Managing Director Mrs. Yvonne Nana Afriyie Opare, expressed appreciation to Evatex for their efforts and wished them well in future endeavours.
Copies of the letter were sent to key GACL officials, including the Group Executive for Commercial Services, Group Executive for Finance, and the Director of Legal Services.
