The Ghana Bar Association (GBA), has called for a second look at the qualification of personnel recruited into the Ghana Police Service to improve the quality of service.

The GBA said corruption cases involving the Police especially at the District Offices leave much to be desired.

National President of the Association, Anthony Forson, warned of the risk of citizens not reporting crime for the reason of being a waste of time.

He made the comments when President Akufo-Addo and Vice President Dr Mahamudu Bawumia joined the Ghana Bar Association and the Judicial Service to mark the 39th Anniversary of the murder of the three justices of the High Court.
