The Ghana Police Service has started investigations into a disturbing viral video showing a man giving what appears to be a cigarette to a child.
According to the police, efforts are underway to identify and arrest the man seen in the video and to ensure that the child involved is safe and protected.
The police are calling on the public to assist with information that can help locate either the man or the child. Anyone with relevant details is urged to report to the nearest police station immediately.
The Service has assured the public that it is taking the matter seriously and will work to ensure the safety and welfare of the child.
