The Ministry of Health (MoH) will, on Wednesday, October 8, 2025, hold a media engagement to address concerns surrounding unpaid salaries and other related human resource issues within the health sector.
The engagement, scheduled to start at 9:00 a.m., will take place at the Ministry of Health premises in Accra.
According to the Ministry, the session aims to provide clarity and updates on challenges affecting health workers’ remuneration and other staff welfare matters. It will also offer an opportunity for the media to seek explanations and engage officials directly on steps being taken to resolve the issues.
The Ministry has extended an open invitation to all media houses, urging their participation in the discussion to ensure transparency and the effective dissemination of information to the public.
