The Daily Graphic agrees with calls by the public urging traders in coronavirus protective products to desist from over-pricing products. The paper reminds Ghanaians that these are crucial times and people should not see that as an opportunity to take undue advantage of others. It believes that this is the time to show true love to one another as citizens and collectively find ways to help those who cannot afford the protective products. The Graphic also advises the public to remain calm and adhere to the guidelines and protocols given by the President and health experts.

The Ghanaian Times adds its voice to measures being put in place by the government to prevent the wide spread of COVID 19. It says the closure of all schools in the country is welcome news and all must be adhered to. This is because the move is not peculiar to Ghana but other advanced countries where the pandemic is widespread. The Times, however, advises parents to adjust quickly to the new directive and sacrifice their time to take care of their wards who would be at home until further notice. It also calls on government to make internet facilities and hotspots readily available for students at home to have access to distance or online learning so as to keep them academically busy.
