Reports say 60 percent of Zimbabweans are facing man-made starvation as they are failing to meet their basic food needs.
Zimbabwe is said to be among the four top countries facing severe food shortages apart from conflict zones.
About five- point- five million people are currently facing food insecurity in rural areas due to a drought.
The number is expected to increase to about eight million by the end of the year.
