Mr. Alhassan Yakubu-Tali, the Managing Director of Agricultural Development Bank PLC, has officially resigned, effective Wednesday, February 5, 2025.
His resignation follows the nomination of a new Managing Director by the bank’s majority shareholder. Mr. Yakubu-Tali took on the role on December 1, 2022, after serving as Deputy Managing Director from August 2017 to November 2022.
In a statement released on February 6, 2025, ADB acknowledged his leadership in implementing a two-year corporate strategy that significantly strengthened the bank’s capital and assets.
The Board, Management, and Staff expressed their gratitude for his contributions and extended their best wishes for his future endeavors.
