Momo Agents Association to meet Ministry of Finance on implementation of E-Levy

The Mobile Money Agents Association of Ghana says it will be meeting with the Ministry of Finance today to discuss issues surrounding the E-Levy implementation.

Issues likely to come up at the meeting include the unavailability of enough funds for MoMo vendors alongside the massive withdrawals by customers.

Speaking on Behind the News, the General Secretary of the Mobile Money Agents Association, Evans Otumfour said, they are hoping Ghanaians will accept the E-Levy which is now a reality.

The Mobile Money Agents Association of Ghana will also meet President Akufo Addo on Tuesday, May 10, 2022.
