An Accra High Court has ordered the Office of the Special Prosecutor (OSP) to return monies seized from the home of the embattled former Minister of Sanitation and Water Resources, Madam Cecilia Abena Dapaah, within a period of seven days.

The court’s decision has come as a momentous turn of events in this ongoing case between Madam Dapaah and the OSP.

Madam Abena Dapaah challenged the legality of the seizure of her assets by the OSP.

However, the court has overturned this action, directing the OSP to return the confiscated funds to her.
