The CEO was accompanied by the Deputy CEO in charge of Operations, Mr. Abubakari Saana Abdul Kudus, and Directors of the Agency.
The team took a tour of the factory, gaining first-hand insight into the operations, training processes, and the quality of work being done to prepare young people for employment in the garment and apparel industry.

Following engagements with management, the CEO committed to recruiting 1,000 young people for Northshore Apparel Ghana to train and subsequently employ, as part of efforts to expand decent and sustainable job opportunities for young people, particularly in the Northern Region.

This commitment reflects YEA’s strong belief in practical partnerships that deliver real jobs. By working closely with credible private sector players, youth employment moves beyond intention to measurable impact.
