President Akufo-Addo, has urged Academia especially the Sciences to channel their efforts towards making Science, Technology and Innovation prominent in all sectors of the economy.
He said the manufacturing sector needs to create thousands of jobs for the youth and help raise the living standards of people.
Speaking in Accra at the 15th Annual Meeting of African Science Academies, the President said Africa has not developed well enough to find domestic solutions to the problems facing the continent.
