The Ministry of Education has hosted the 52 best performing BECE students, who paid a courtesy call on the Ministry in recognition of their outstanding academic achievement.
Representing the Minister for Education, Haruna Iddrisu, the Deputy Minister, Mr Clement Abass Apaak, congratulated the students and praised their dedication to excellence.



He reaffirmed government’s commitment to improving teaching and learning outcomes across the country, highlighting incentives for teachers who accept rural postings, ongoing expansion of basic school infrastructure, and the allocation of GHS 292 million for the free distribution of sanitary pads to support girls’ education.
The Deputy Minister encouraged the awardees to remain disciplined, stay focused on their academic journey, and continue to serve as positive role models to their peers.

The event was attended by officials from the Ministry of Education and the Ghana Education Service.
