Philip Foundation, an NGO says it does not understand why Government is dragging its feet in fully reopening schools.
It contends that Government has eased restrictions on a number of activities including the intention to reopen the Airport by 1st September.
Speaking to Radio Ghana, Executive Director of the Foundation, Boateng Mensah urged Government to demonstrate continuous commitment towards education and not allow anything to erode the gains made.
