The Acting Director, Internal Audit  of the Ghana Broadcasting Corporation (GBC), Peter Opoku Mensah, has advised the about 288 Service Personnel batch of 2018/2019 of to explore more opportunities that come their way and not only think of traveling abroad after their service.

He said that there is the possibility to be successful in Ghana and therefore they should not fall prey to unscrupulous persons both in Ghana and beyond as a result of job hunt.

Mr. Mensah gave the advice when he interacted with the service personnel at the send off party organized for the departing service persons in GBC.

He said  they should not only depend on the public or private sectors but, should also make use of other artistic and entrepreneurial skills.

Mr. Mensah said the national service platform has prepared them for the job market with discipline, time management and general work ethics. He entreated them to work out their best in their various job markets.

He urged them to be ambassadors for the State Broadcaster with good ethics, appearance and composure that has been imbibed in them. He added that they should take advantage of all the opportunities available to them and encouraged them to also believe in prayer.

The service persons also in turn had the opportunity to ask questions and make their remarks. They also enjoyed food, drinks and music.
