Ghana’s COVID-19 case count is now at 4,012.

According to the Ghana Health Service COVID-19 news portal, 20 more patients have recovered from the disease. This means that additional 921 new cases have been added since Thursday, May 7. No new deaths have been recorded maintaining the 18.

The latest update sees the Greater Accra record 857 new cases; Ashanti, 45; Eastern, 1; Central, 8; Western, 3; Volta, 2; Oti, 1; Upper West, 1; and Northern, 3.

Greater Accra still has the highest number of cases- 3,436, followed by Ashanti at 210 and Eastern at 96.

Bono East, Ahafo and Savannah are the only regions yet to record any case.
