COVID-19: Ghana records 4 new deaths; active cases continue to decline

The active cases of COVID-19 continues to decline drastically. From September 1 till date, only 55 new cases had been recorded.

Ghana’s cumulative case count is 44,713 with 43,557 recoveries.

The death toll is now 280.

Director General of Ghana Health Service, Dr Patrick Kuma Aboagye, at a media briefing urged the public not to be complacent about the declining rate of COVID-19 active cases but continue to adhere to the safety protocols.
