The Muslims communities in the Krachi Nchumuru District of the oti region has received some food items from the MP Hon Solomon Kuyon and the DCE Hon. Martin kofi Anato to support them during the Ramadan season.This initiative aims to help cut the cost of buying foods during the period.

The MP, Hon Solomon Kuyon,who has been supporting the Muslim communities in the Krachi Nchumuru District for years,urged them to use this season to pray for the development of the district and the country as a whole.
“I am asking the Muslims communities in the district to use this season to pray for the development of the country because when the country developed,Ghanaians, including the Muslims, would have a peaceful moment. Let’s continue to enjoy the peace of this country and also remain focused as a country. ” He added.

Mr. Musah Watalah,who received the items on behalf of the Muslims communities, expressed gratitude to the member of Parliament and the district chief executive for their support during this difficult time of the Muslims.
He thereof called on other individuals and institutions to join hands in supporting religious groups when they needed their support.

Mr Musah, who is also the Krachi Nchumuru NDC Zongo caucus, has tasked the Muslims to remain focused during this fasting season and asked them to pray for the leadership of the District to be supportive moving forward.
